The property is the only property in Mallorca planned and designed by a feng shui master. In imperial feng shui, which comes from the Chinese imperial court, 70% of a property's feng shui is the exterior and 30% is the interior. The site was chosen because the Tramuntana mountains to the northwest, the Randa mountain to the south and the church of Montuiri to the east form a perfect golden triangle, which is very rare in feng shui.
